Sonny Mead was born with a condition called craniosynostosis. When he was less than 6 months old he had a surgery to hopefully correct this condition. This little guy is full of so much life and wins the hearts of everyone he interacts with. I personally work with his mother, and I see where he gets this trait from.
Sonny has been through a lot in his short 4 years of life, and by taking a little bit of financial burden away from his parents, I was very happy to help get this going. Designing the shirts and setting everything up was a piece of cake! Even better, the shirts arrived on time and everyone was able to wear them in support of Sonny on his surgery day.
Jackie and Sam felt the support that day seeing hundreds of people posting #sonnystrong all over social media. It was an emotional day to say the least. I’m thankful for Bonfire, because I was able to easily set up the t-shirt fundraiser from the comfort of my home, and spread the word about #sonnystrong!
